Pension Monitoring System

On retirement of employee, unit sends the Pension Pay Order to linked CPPC through Headquarter office. Or unit prepare their pension bill and submit to treasury for payment.

CPPC enters the data into system and send a copy of PPO to payee branch and start disbursing process.

There is much possibility of typing error or mapping the concerned important fields like Basic Pension, Date of Birth, Medical allowance details, Commutation date etc. resulting excess or less payment of pension, DA, Medical allowance, Additional pension, commutation amount recovery etc.
